Kelly was born in San Diego, California. She moved to Utah about 18 years ago with the military. She is married and is the mother of 4 sons and one daughter. She received her undergraduate degree in Nursing at Weber State University. She went on to pursue her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Maryville University in St Louis, Missouri. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, shopping and gardening.
