Midtown’s “Hope” Clinic opened in September of 2015. We are proud to be a partner in ending homelessness. Health concerns are often a contributor to losing a home or remaining homeless. Hope supports individuals and families moving out of homelessness by offering comprehensive primary, behavioral, and oral health care.
Midtown Community Health Center’s “Hope” Clinic provides comprehensive medical, pediatric, dental, behavioral health and medication assistance to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. In 2017, Hope Clinic provided more than 4,600 different visits to our patients.
Hope Clinic is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the Lantern House HomelessShelter . The patients we serve are not required to stay at the Lantern House to receive services; many of our patients live on the streets, in cars, in camps or abandoned buildings or places without running water or heat. We also serve patients who are in staying in other homeless shelters such as the Ogden Rescue Mission and Your Community Connection Domestic Violence Shelter.
