Our Amazing Network of Providers
Midtown has 428 medical and dental providers who make up the volunteer network. These professionals agree to care for low-income and uninsured community residents, generally in their offices, either free of charge or at reduced rates.
Caring for over 4,200 Utah Residents Annually
The generosity of these providers has made specialty care available to over 4,200 community residents annually for a donated care. The value of this care is approximately $2,000,000 annually. Hospital partners in this include Intermountain Healthcare, Ogden Regional Medical Center, and St. Mark’s Medical Center who make diagnostics and hospital-based services available at a reduced cost to patients through their financial assistance programs.
Volunteering
Opportunities for volunteers on-site are limited by our liability insurance and other state and federal regulations. There are a few opportunities a year to volunteer for events.
