Midtown operates a full service pharmacy for its patients. Midtown pharmacy accepts all major insurance plans. Patients that do not have prescription insurance may be eligible for assistance through our prescription assistance program.

• The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.
• Better service with less wait times if refills are called in at least 24 hours in advance
• Accept all major Medicare Part D insurance plans
• Prescriptions from Midtown Community Health Center providers only
