Health Access Team

The Health Access Team is a partnership of local community agencies that are working together to provide equal access to healthcare for all residents of Ogden and Northern Utah. The goal of the Health Access Team is to assist people in finding, understanding, and utilizing the healthcare resources in their community.

In addition, the Health Access Team strives to find a Medical Home for every uninsured, low-income, or underserved individual and family in Ogden.
