Lisa Nichols, Executive Director
Lisa Nichols has over 16 years experience working in non-profit health care with medically underserved populations. Lisa currently serves as the Executive Director for Midtown Community Health Center. Lisa has served as an adjunct faculty for the University of Utah and Westminster College, teaching health services administration. She has a Masters in Social Work. She is also the recipient of numerous awards for her work with the medically underserved.
Dr. Richard Gregoire, Medical Co-Director
Dr. Richard Gregoire has been practicing medicine since 1994. He has served as the Medical Director of Midtown since completing his residency. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Utah Department of Family and Preventive Medicine. He also has a PhD in Biomedical Sciences received in 1988 from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Dr. Susan Browning Greger, Medical Co-Director

Dr. Joe Hopkin, Dental Director
Dr. Joe Hopkin has been practicing dentistry since 2003. He has worked for Midtown Community Health Center for 8 years and has served as their Dental Director for 7 of those years. Dr. Hopkin completed his undergraduate studies at Weber State University in 1998, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University-Medical College of Virginia in 2003.
Sonja Levesque, Chief Financial Officer
Sonja has been the CFO of Midtown Community Health Center since June 2003. She had worked with Midtown Community Health Center and Planned Parenthood Association of Utah in various accounting positions for the ten years prior to June 2003. Sonja graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management.
Trent Colvin, Chief Information Officer
Trent joined Midtown Community Health part-time in 2000 and became the Chief Information Officer in 2010. He has worked for non-profit organizations for the past 10-years managing all facets of information technology.
Alicia Villalva, Performance Improvement Officer
Alicia has worked with Midtown Community Health Center for 12 years. She has held multiple positions within the organization including medical assistant team lead, quality improvement assistant, and center manager. She has assisted in the planning and opening of 4 Midtown locations and has managed multiple locations over the last 6 years. As the performance improvement officer Alicia works with staff to improve the quality of the healthcare provided throughout the organization.
Jayme Hyatt, Business Office Manager
Jayme began working for Midtown Community Health Center as the Business Office Manager in April 2009. She has 13 years of management experience and 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry working with insurance companies and patients.
