Lisa Nichols, Executive Director
Lisa Nichols has over 16 years experience working in non-profit health care with medically underserved populations. Lisa currently serves as the Executive Director for Midtown Community Health Center. Lisa has served as an adjunct faculty for the University of Utah and Westminster College, teaching health services administration. She has a Masters in Social Work. She is also the recipient of numerous awards for her work with the medically underserved.
Dr. Kurt Rifleman, Medical Co-Director
Dr. Kurt Rifleman is a board certified family physician who has spent his entire medical career at Midtown, beginning in 1998. He studied medicine at the University of Utah and trained for family practice at the McKay Dee FP Residency in Ogden. He enjoys serving in volunteer positions both in the community and in organized medicine, teaching medical residents and students, and exploring anything and everything. But primarily, he wants to serve patients at Midtown.
Dr. Kimberly Page, Medical Co-Director
Kimberly Page, MD is a family medicine physician who joined the Midtown team in 2010 at the Davis County Clinic. She became a medical director in 2013. Kim attended medical school at Loma Linda University in California. She came to Utah for general surgery residency at the University of Utah, where she trained from 2005-2008. In 2008, she recognized that her true calling was to serve patients through primary care rather than through surgery. She then had the opportunity to do her family medicine residency at St. Mark's Family Medicine. Kim has served in short-term international medical missions around the globe but has discovered that her ultimate passion is her long-term mission – serving underserved patients locally at our community health center.
Dr. Robert Bingham, Dental Director
Dr. Bingham graduated from Case Western Reserve University’s School of Dental Medicine in 2007. He then completed a one year General Practice Residency at the University of Utah Medical Center in 2008, gaining additional training in the areas of Oral Surgery, Implantology, Endodontics, Pediatrics, Prosthodontics and Hospital Dentistry. Dr. Bingham has worked in private practice and began working at Midtown Community Health Center in 2008.
Sonja Levesque, Chief Financial Officer
Sonja has been the CFO of Midtown Community Health Center since June 2003. She had worked with Midtown Community Health Center and Planned Parenthood Association of Utah in various accounting positions for the ten years prior to June 2003. Sonja graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management.
Jeanette Colvin, Chief Information Officer
Jeanette joined Midtown Community Health part-time in 2000 and became the Chief Information Officer in 2010. She has worked for non-profit organizations for the past 10-years managing all facets of information technology.
Alicia Villalva, Performance Improvement Officer
Alicia has worked with Midtown Community Health Center for 12 years. She has held multiple positions within the organization including medical assistant team lead, quality improvement assistant, and center manager. She has assisted in the planning and opening of 4 Midtown locations and has managed multiple locations over the last 6 years. As the performance improvement officer Alicia works with staff to improve the quality of the healthcare provided throughout the organization.
Jayme Hyatt, Business Office Manager
Jayme began working for Midtown Community Health Center as the Business Office Manager in April 2009. She has 13 years of management experience and 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry working with insurance companies and patients.
